Rotator cuff surgery

Hey! New to board! Big A gave me hook up so prop's to him for the help!

Anyway just found out I have to have rotator cuff surgery in 2 weeks. I was wondering if anyone has had this done and what the down time is. Also how fast can I get back to working out. I also have to have some other things done to. Lost tendon on right bicep also and have to get impant but in! They can't save it but tell me I will be able to work out after all is done. Any info would be great. MM

In all of my years of powerlifting/bodybuilding, I've had rotator cuff injuries twice. The first time I had it, it took a year to heal. The second time, it took 2 years. I've never had surgery on them but I've known guys who have. From what I remember, bro, it took them up to 8 weeks just to get about 50% better.
