Nutrition and Workout Opinion

Ok well im am suppose to get around 1-2g of protein per lb of my body weight. and im only getting around 80g but i would be happy with 150g but really want to get 500g of protein per day. so i would really like for someone to give me a site where i can get high quality protein bars or shakes that i can take which i can get the protein i want per day. would be happy if could get 100g of protein a day from just the products if i could get more from just those product would be awesome. but i can only spend about 25 dollars for a weeks supply of it. If you could get something that lasted 1 week costs 25 bucks be great or 2 weeks for 50 or even longer as long as im spending 25 a week. it would be alright it was was just a little bit more expensive though just not to much.

well here is my workout and i would appreciate if i coud get the exercises i should do for those muscles cause i have a weight machine i might ot have those exercises but we can prolly work something out. i could even do bodyweight exercises if i have to.

Monday : chest shoulders triceps
Wednesday : quads hams calfs
Friday : Abs Back Biceps

Well..if you only have $25 a week to spend, you might see what they have to offer at a bulk store (Sam's/Costco---might be able to find 5 or 10lb jugs of a "X" brand for relative cheap). But, cheap and high quality don't really go together (with anything, i.e. you get what you pay for).

Huge difference from 80g a day to 500g? You would need to do more than just get some protein powder/bars. You're going to need to eat much more food. If you can increase that intake (actual food) and have a shake with each meal, you could probably get close to or more than 250g per day (4 actual meals w/ 30g of protein along with 4 shakes at 30g of protein equals 240g per day---just an example of one possible way to go). Again, just an example of how to up the intake--getting up to 500, just use the same principle (eat more protein with each meal).

BigA's thread gives a good outline (and maybe you already checked it out as it talks about 500g of protein) and talks about exercises given the grouping you have chosen for working out.

Hey Vaelin, have a look at http://www.synthetek.com/Products/Sy...ynthepure.html & http://www.synthetek.com/Products/Sy...ntheblend.html There by far the best whey protein & protein blend/meal repacment there is on the market today & at very reasonably prices!

I've removed the links you posted as our board sponsors carry simmilar/same products.

You're welcome my friend. Their protein powders are great, no bloat or gas from them & they mix very easily.
The great thing is how quick Synthetek get it to you, they have amazing service!!
