That is simple. If you are not gaining the amount of muscle that you wish, eat more
protein. The mor eportein you eat, the more muscle you put on.
You limit fat intake by the amount of fats and carbs you eat.
So, you need more muscle, eat more portein. You are getting fat, eat less fat. If you are gtting fat with eating minimal fats, then eat less carbs.
