Embarking on a DoggCrapp Journey...

Embarking on a DoggCrapp Journey...

For the first time I am starting a HIT based training method. Anyone have any gotcha's for me or empirical wisdom concerning DoggCrapp? I will be following DoggCrapp's rules exclusively. I now have a decent training partner and I believe he will stick it out for three months or so with me. Maybe I will post my log after a couple weeks for some constructive criticism or just different perspective... /t\

Besides the training the most important aspect is getting in enough food.. Eat big.. Really big.

i use the dc routine in off season with great success, it's not the style of lifting you want to do for show or if your trying to cut up, but for mass it is the best i've ever used. Just remember the diet, it's all about consuming mass calories. You will get results. A lot of my clients come to me and want to put on mass, right away i place them on this routine. For example, just started a client about 5wks ago, he wanted to put on 15lbs over the next 6months, when we retested body fat and measurements, at the four week mark, he had gained a total of 16lbs, every measurement showed significant increase in size even the forearms and neck. Body fat rose almost 1%.

Hi ,I also follow the DC method but i change it every 4 -6 weeks to avoid plateauing.
Make sure you perform extreme stretches of the bodypart that was just hammered for one minute approx,also keep a detailed record of weights/reps reached on that particular day and aim to beat it the next time you hit that bodypart.Remember to in/exhale real deep for 10-15 times in the rest-pause set.
