I am 16 130 pounds 5'10 I just started working out a little less then a month ago where my max at the bench was 80 it is now 120 maybe a bit more. I think 40 more pounds on the bench in less then a month is good. I am improving like crazy my
veins pop out alot now.
Now i need to gain some weight I felt like i needed to gain weight for 3 years now im up to shape and I want more weight to work with.
What should i do to gain more weight?
I have tried eating alot doesnt work that good.
