Dips Dips and more dips!! You dont have to do weighted dips. Simply pre exhaust the chest before and finish up with dips. 4 sets, chin on chest, slight angled lean, feel the muscle. 4x15 is excellent. You will probably fail to hit 15 reps each set..but try!!! For variety try 8x8 first on chest day, rest only 15-30 seconds between sets. Chest of the GODS!!
