monday- chest -5 exercise
flat bench press,incline , decline,flyes,cables
tuesday- back-5
wed-rest
thurs-shoulders
friday-legs
sat-arms-bis-tris-forearms
this my workout routine right now i just want to know if i start doing two body parts a day e.g back-arms tues day will i see better results and which body parts i should do on same day and what is rest periods
