Unhappy Whats a good carb/protein/fat intake balance?

I understand that nutrition is of the utmost importance when trying to build a quality physique, but what is the best recommended intake of carbs/protein/fat, etc. for both bulking up and cutting up(off season, and contest diets)? Also any foods anyone recommends for someone who wants to add mass but still maintain a hard defined look?

And one more thing, as far as suger goes, whats a good daily amount for a guideline. Im fairly slim 6ft at around 180-185lbs, so i am looking to get to around 200 eventually.
