I have just started (my first day) taking any real supplements. I usually would take a daily multivitamin and intake plenty of
protein along with my workouts and watch what i eat (low fat, moderate carbs, high
protein). I have started taking an amino acid supplement (amino 1800 by gnc), an l-
glutamine powder to add with my shakes, fish oils gel caps, my usual
protein shakes and have started incorporating meso tech
protein bars for added
protein supplementation. I know i eat a fairly low amount of calories but im not looking to become super massive, at best maybe around the 200 marker, i am currently around 180, 6ft tall. Are there any other supps that may help me get cut up and add some size that any of you can recommend?
