What are the best supplements for someone natural?

Question What are the best supplements for someone natural?

I have just started (my first day) taking any real supplements. I usually would take a daily multivitamin and intake plenty of protein along with my workouts and watch what i eat (low fat, moderate carbs, high protein). I have started taking an amino acid supplement (amino 1800 by gnc), an l-glutamine powder to add with my shakes, fish oils gel caps, my usual protein shakes and have started incorporating meso tech protein bars for added protein supplementation. I know i eat a fairly low amount of calories but im not looking to become super massive, at best maybe around the 200 marker, i am currently around 180, 6ft tall. Are there any other supps that may help me get cut up and add some size that any of you can recommend?

I am going to try milo's PW recommendation of 50g whey, 5-10g creatine, dextrose, and 10 or however much I can handle without GI problems glutamine. Hopefully, it works good.

what kinda gi problems with glutamine, i am taking the recommended 10g a day 5g after working out and another 5g 2 hours later.

i would add some creatine, cell-tech is expensive but it works. adding more calories wont make you "super massive" overnight, takes time. good luck

you should substitute the prtein bars for shakes it absorbs fast and gets into your system quicker. any protein is good if is about 50grms a serving and low in fat cal. you want some bulk but not fat eat right lots of meat chicken preferably, tuna, egg whites, the basics don't forget your vegetables they are one thing to aid in muscle growth (vitamins and minerals) creatine is good if you want real gains and no water weight try creatine titrate i swear by it its great for lean muscle mass and no bloating and it gives you a lot of energy do the glucose thing it works great.
just train hard, protein, and eat right the right nutrition goes a long way. i used to be a hard gainer and i ate right eggs chicken tuna meat pasta everything a lot of protein about 300-400 grams a day and i gained 60 pounds in 6 months cause of nutrition so just work hard and keep a good diet and you'll be fine just takes time patience is the name of the game in bodybuilding
