Newbie

I just wanted to say hey to ya'll. I am new to weight lifting so i hoped that i could get a few pointers. We started school a few weeks back and one of my classes is Advanced PE which is all weight lifting and running. On the first day we maxed out to see what we could do. My numbers were Bench-160, Squat (regular) 315, Incline-135. I am 15 years old, 6 foot and 220. For my first time i felt it was pretty good, but it will soon change because i am going to work myself as hard as i can for football.
Thanks and hope you guys can answer my questions in the future

Derek

welcome to rippedmass bro it seems like a pretty good forum so far. Umm i'm 16 years old myself and started out with similar stats i was 6'2 160lbs benching 160 squating 200 with 13''arms and 40''chest
in 6 months my man i gained 60pounds got up to 215lbs and 16 inch arms and a 52''chest i got huge about to do shows and shit at my age so i hope you take this story and use it as motivation you can do it. everyone told me i couldn't and laughed that i wanted to bodybuild and once i got big they appologized and accused me of juicing.
some advice bro don't juice number one and get a good diet a lot of protein and a good training routine and you'll be set.
the first and foremost thing in this game is patience i took a year off and nwo i have to start all over cause i'm almost the size i was when i first started a little bigger but its worth it so i'm there with you right now. if you need any help drawing up a routine or on diet i'm here so just personal message me and good luck its a good thing to be here at our age i learned a lot a year ago on a similar page.
peace
