I am looking to gain mass and below is the programe which i would like to use. Please can you check it for me, to see if its any good or not? is there any changes I could make? thanx
Monday: Chest/Tri's
Bench Press 3 x 6 - 8
Incline Dumbell Press 3 x 6 - 8
Close Grip Bench Press 3 x 6 - 8
French Press 3 x 10
Tuesday: Legs/Biceps
Squats 3 x 12 - 15
Lunges 3 x 8
Stiff-legged deadlifts 2 x 10 - 12
Squat Raises(calves) 2 x 10
Barbell Curls 3 x 6
Preacher Curls 3 x 6 - 8
Wednesday:Off
Thursday:Off
Friday: Back/Shoulders
Deadlift 3 x 12 - 15
T-Bar Rows 3 x 6-8 (swap with 'Bent Over Barbell Rows', one week with T-Bar Rows, then swap)Bent Over Barbell Rows 3 x 8-10
Bent-over rows 3 x 6-8
Military Press 3 x 6 - 8
