hour usually, i work out at a family fitness place ( hey golds isnt open yet) so its old people and mom's everywhere, soi can get my shit done rather quick

i try to be done in an hour so cortisol levels are still low

45min to a hour........You grow outside of the gym...if you can't hit a bodypart less than a hour then you aren't working hard enough...eating and sleeping is anabolic and working out is catabolic....so if you eat and sleep more workout less the more you grow and the stronger you'll get=)

Usually about an hour for me...includes a little warm-up/stretching. Try to get in/out and into the kitchen.

i would say same.45min to a hour.its not how much time you spend in the gym,but how fast you kill the muscle you training.my training is very fast very intens,with litle time off betwen the sets.
and like jrfflex10er put it,you grow outside the gym.

anywhere from 45 to 1 1/2, usually 1 to 1 1/2, oh ya thats twice a day monday thru friday, plenty of sleep is a must.

I said 90 mins cause I do 1/2 hour cardio after weights on three of my 4-5 days. But in bulk faze it will be around the 45-60 mins

I keep it around 60-90 minutes. More towards the 60 minute time but I sometimes run longer.

I don't get as much gym time as I do at home. I've been working on diet and trying to get back to about 185 from 207. I'm stuck here from building muscle but I Was 235 FAT_ASS !! It's coming along! I'm 6"1.
