When going heavy, people have the tendency to ROUND their lower back. Keep that butt out and that back straight with a small arch in it. Explode form the hips not the lower back...your lower back is a stablizer not a primary muscle.

IMO you should not try to squat the weight up as you will be using to much leg,

Sumo Style !!

I used to do deads the traditional way, but since I started doing them "sumo" style I am pullin more than I ever have & my back feels great.

With traditional style, I have a long torso, I found my self having to bend over to much so, but with sumo, your thighs are apart, lowering your bodies center of gravity & I dont have to lean fwd as much.

I do not remember a post in here where somebody mentioned making cash on the internet. I am very interested in it but could not find it anymore. Can anybody let me know where it is or give me some clue? Thank you very much.

Admin, I thought it may not be a good place to ask this question. Could you please keep it for just one day before you remove it? Thank you so much. I really like this forum.

This is a bodybuilding and fitness discussion forum, not some place to make cash on the Internet. Any posts as you describe will have been deleted as spam and the user banned permanently. Read the rules.
