I need some help with my eating...
For one year now, every day I eat :
6:30am Milk ( I cant have solid food this early)
10:00am Noodles
12:00 Some integral crackers
Gym
2:30 UniSyn
3:00pm 200gr meat, rice or 2 baked potatos and fruit juice
6:30pm Anything I run to with a
protein (20gr) shake
9:30pm Meat with one potato or some rice
12:00pm
protein Shake
This used to work, I gained 22lbs... but now I cant lose fat or gain muscle, so somethings wrong here... Im also bored with my breakfast and would to change... but i dont know what to eat.
Please help me with this....
