Mass Building diet

Question Mass Building diet

I need some help with my eating...

For one year now, every day I eat :

6:30am Milk ( I cant have solid food this early)
10:00am Noodles
12:00 Some integral crackers
Gym
2:30 UniSyn
3:00pm 200gr meat, rice or 2 baked potatos and fruit juice
6:30pm Anything I run to with a protein (20gr) shake
9:30pm Meat with one potato or some rice
12:00pm protein Shake

This used to work, I gained 22lbs... but now I cant lose fat or gain muscle, so somethings wrong here... Im also bored with my breakfast and would to change... but i dont know what to eat.
Please help me with this....

Try some protein in the am! Mix up a shake with milk....and throw some chicken in those noodles. mix it up. I do oatmeal with a scoop of Pro-Blend 55 sometimes for my 2nd meal. Are you straying from this diet at all, your body is probably totaly adjusted to this carb/protein/fat/calorie intake. Make sure you cheat atleast once a week to shock yourself.

another option.....look into pyramiding your carbs.

i personally eat 8 meals a day spaced 3 hours between each meal and i do about 800-1200 per meal and i average about 80 grams of protien per meal, i get lots lots of complex carbs near the end of the day the carbs go down abit, i get lots of essential fats, which is just as important as protien and carbs. i try and switch it up all the time trying different foods different ratios of pro./carbs/fat to always keep the body in shock so it doesnt adapt, always have a vareity of differnt sourcess of food. my first year of working out i messed around alot with deit to find my personal balance and doing this stile of deit i went from 140-215 without the use of any steroids to that point, it just goes to show you how important just deiting can be, i would even set an alarm clock for 3 am to eat a protien shake, another important thing to remeber lots of vegtibles with every meal will help, it make the difference. this deit may be a bit much for you i dont know how your metabolism is, mine is increadibly fast though, naturally my body is very skiny. i hope that i have helped you

Thank you for your help... Ive improved my diet, its better now.

Could you give me some examples of your diets OFF cycles, because i dont use them yet, Im far from my maximum. I would like about 20 lbs more of lean mass... ive done 20lbs already, but i need 20 more. Im 5 7" and 154lbs 17%BF. I cant get off that damn fat and lean mass is increasing too slow. I know i have good genetics, i can bench 225 and squat 275lbs. But i dont know how to take advantage of it.

the deit i gave you is off cycles i havent done any cycles yet, i have only tken a couple winstrol pills once for fun, but everything i told you is just my normal deit, if it is to much for you just do less quantity of the same deit
