bicep shock
i remember this one from a book called mass by robert kenadey,not sure on the spelling
anyway i lost the book some time ago ,but i really liked this one ,so it stuck in my mind . i know it sounds strange and is kinda out there ,but i have done this myself twice ,and you can see alot more volume to the muscle after about three days ,from preforming this .first youl need to set aside most of one day ,also it should be done on cycle along with slin taken atleast twice that day . you would start this in the morning at say 7am, it will last till 4pm ,or a time when you see fit to stop . every hour on the hour you do say barbell or dumbell curls .pick a weight that you can do 8-9 reps with and onley do six for three sets .
on the half hour pick something of an isolation movement ,like concentration curls or preacher curls , pick a weight that you can do 20 reps with ,but stop at 12-15this should be done for three sets . if your looking for something shocking this is it ,your bis will be on fire by the end ,and should not be trained for atleast a week ,this means no back work either .
