thats a tough one bro. are you an ova lacto vegeterian. If your not that leaves only soy which is not the best source of protein. There is cottage cheese egg whites soy, milk etc you will be eating alot of the same stuff.

I'm not a vegetarian by any stretch, but I think it should be possible to combine like beans of some kind and grains and get enough protein to grow on - MASS quantitites, tho - would seem pretty uncomfortable to me (a if cases of tuna and sacks of chicken breats arent a challenge from tiem to time, much as I like both).

When I was in Venice there was a shop owned by a competing German BB who I heard was vegetarian - name phucking escapes me, but somebody here will know - so it's not impossible.

Good luck, bro!

a big thing about a vegitarian deit is that if you are relying on beans for protien, they lack alot of the essential amino acids that you need, they are not complete protiens, it may be possible to build an incredible body still, but by being a vegitarian you are limiting your possiblities to be alot bigger by quite an amount i would say. if you were to pump lots of whey protien and have a wide viareity of different vegitarian sources of protien i am sure it is quite easily possible.
