Hey people,

I'm Vince from Holland, and I need your help..

I'm training for 6 yrs now and I'm going well but the ABS don't go very well. My belly is still fatI train my ABS every day & tried a lot of different excercises but no result:(

I attached some pictures, so you can see my body. Maybe you can give me a few hints.

Pictures of my body

Supplies: I tried Creatine, Vanadyl Sulfate, Protein.
I'm using Protein & Stackers2 (to loose weight) nowadays.

My bodysizes: Biceps 17", Chest 54" (inc. shoulder top), Belly 33"
Weight: 212LBS (96KG)
Length: 1.92Meter / 5,8ft

Training:
5 to 6 times a week

Example:
Monday: Chest
Thuesday: Legs ( All leg excercices)
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thursday: Biceps , Triceps
Friday: Back
Saturday: not specified
Sunday: rest

Jogging: 2 to 3 times a week (7miles each time)
Everyday abs ( heavy!!)

My training contains:
6-8 reps
70-100% power
every muscle-group 12 to 16 sets (back 20sets) a week

Food:
I'm on a 1500 cal. diet. Almost fatless, a lot of protein (2 times my body weight a day) & chicken-meat. No alcoholic dranks.

192cm - you are 6'4 not 5'8.

Abs come from diet only. Even if you never train them, you will always have abs if you diet.

You need to eat a diet of low carbs (<300g/day), maximum protein (500g+/day) and minimal fat. Do a diet like that with 1/2hour cardio in the morning you will have abs within4 weeks as you are not fat anywhere on the body - obviously your genetics dictate that you hold your fat on your abs, and since you don'thave much fat overall, you will get there very quickly.

Get a good fat burner like SyntheBURN (www.synthetek.com) and drop all the other supplements as they are not needed.

the 300g & 500g means 300gram & 500gram?

Wich protein should I use & 500g a day is a lot of proteine , I'm currently using the 85+ Wheyprotein of M double U, but 500 gram of that proteinepowder a day isn't reachable for me. If you've got some time left, could you please make a diet for me?

Yes, 300g is 300g and 500g is 500 grams.

Don't use any powders when you diet unless you have a 100% whey isolate powder. All others have crap added to it which is not good if you are dieting.
