I'm Vince from Holland, and I need your help..
I'm training for 6 yrs now and I'm going well but the ABS don't go very well. My belly is still fatI train my ABS every day & tried a lot of different excercises but no result:(
I attached some pictures, so you can see my body. Maybe you can give me a few hints.

Supplies: I tried Creatine, Vanadyl Sulfate, Protein.
I'm using Protein & Stackers2 (to loose weight) nowadays.
My bodysizes: Biceps 17", Chest 54" (inc. shoulder top), Belly 33"
Weight: 212LBS (96KG)
Length: 1.92Meter / 5,8ft
Training:
5 to 6 times a week
Example:
Monday: Chest
Thuesday: Legs ( All leg excercices)
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thursday: Biceps , Triceps
Friday: Back
Saturday: not specified
Sunday: rest
Jogging: 2 to 3 times a week (7miles each time)
Everyday abs ( heavy!!)
My training contains:
6-8 reps
70-100% power
every muscle-group 12 to 16 sets (back 20sets) a week
Food:
I'm on a 1500 cal. diet. Almost fatless, a lot of protein (2 times my body weight a day) & chicken-meat. No alcoholic dranks.
