Help...:)

Hi im have just hit 16, im 6'1 and about 12stone in weight :)

i'v been at the weights not 3 months or so, aint saw that big of a change, but then again its only 3 months :), im just posting on knowing:

How much should i eat before my workout, and how much should i eat after my workout?


Whats the best way to build up mass in the gym?


How often should i change my workout routine?


if some of you guys could give me some feedback on this i would be very thankful :kickass: , so please help me out here guys :)

keep at the weights--up your protein intake and try to get it from food not MRP's--watch the junk food and carbs--your body is able to grow fat cells right now so becareful of the food you eat--eating clean and lifting right will help to your goals---change your routine every 6 months--at least thats what i do, i change the days i work body parts, the exercises, and sometimes i drop weight and add reps for a month or so and then start back on heavy sets

i dont know how much you weigh by stone but 2grams of protein per pound of bodyweight per day will do verry well as far as pre workout i like to take in 30-40g pro and 100g carbs around 1 hour before and about the same right after 3months isnt verry long bro it took years before i got a decent amount of muscle

and by the way, i know this sounds silly but can u eat to much carbs and protein, and if so what does it do to you?

1 i was saying what i like bro just to give ya an idea thats whats in a met-rx pk and a carb drink its verry important to take in protein and carbs before and after a workout

2 you get fat lol
