Just started a great cycle of THE STACK (Ephedrine, Caffeine and Aspirin) and have gone through my first week of high
protein/low carbs and fats. I've attempted to keep
protein at 190grams daily to maintain muscle. "The ripping effect" is working nicely.
Any advice? 5'11, 190lbs, 48c, 32w, 18a, huge quads, 28 y/o.
