just starting out (again) and need a little help

Lightbulb just starting out (again) and need a little help

I need a plan to lose weight.
I am currently 320 and want to be around 240
I am 6 feet tall.
I used to lift all the time, and play football and fight in tournaments.

I am lost right now as far as what to do. or where to start really. The whole meal planning thing will the the hardest I think because I need to know more about nutritian.

Have a diet of lower cabs of what yo uhave now. Just eat no more than 300g of carbs a day. At your weight, that is miniscule. Minimise fat. If you want to retain muscle as well, not just lose weight, have tons of portein - 500g+ per day.
Just do that with some cardio every morning before breakfast and watch the weight dissapear.

If you want to burn fat quicker ( not really needed for you as you would have a high bodyfat % from your stats so just diet and cardio would work fine) have some Syntheburn, T3, Clenbuterol, GH, etc. One or more or all of them, depending on your physical condition, budget, whether you care about braking the law or not and how quickly you want to lose the fat.

you say at least 500 grams of protein a day...is there any protein that I should take over the others as a supplement or just look for protein in foods....

whey protein is the best

have you seen a doctor yet before you start this diet/exercise program

read the labels on the stuff you buy--try to minimize the sugars you eat

chicken breast (grilled), brown rice, egg whites, etc.... should be a basis for your diet

start your cardio every other day (eod) for as long as you can go--watch your heart rate!! don't try to be a marathon runner your first day--go be how your body feels

Agreed with all the above.

Regarding protein, whey isolate is best. Watch out for protein blends that have a small whey isolate content and then they have whey concentrate, casein, etc. They cover up the cheap ingredients by saying that a blend is better than pure whey isolate - bullshit. Only two PURE whey isolates on the market - Isopure and Synthepure by Synthetek again. Both have no flavour, sugars, additives, etc. Best things as far as protein supplementation. They are both more expensive than other powders, but you get what you pay for.

That being said, at your level, you don't have to worry about protein powders. Just get your protein from food sources. Only have the powders if you have trouble getting enough protein from your solid food sources.
