bulking up shoulders

What is your favorite routine for packing size on your shouders?
How many times a week do you do it?

the one i like best is heavy front press in the 5-8 rep range 3-6 sets then one drop superset of front raise and side laterals starting out with 40s down to 5s all in verry good slow form totaly kills them this is done once a week

i love behind the neck presses--some say its bad for your joints and shoulder sockets--but i have done them for 6+ yrs and haven't had a problem, i use a spotter and perfect form and it doesn't hit your upper chest like a front press will

Standing barbell presses are the best IMO for mass.
