I am tryin to shed some bf with this diet
Iam on a cycle of deca and test enanthate
my question is are my carbs still too high
I workout 2x a day morn and night
sleep 8-9 hrs
water throughtout the day about 1 gallon
plus 20 min cardio(incline walking)3-4times week
