I know it isn't good to take your creatine mixed with fruit juice, but I was just wondering if it was ok for me to mix it with a sports drink(non fruit juice) like powerade or whatever.

i used to mix all the time w/ o.j. until i was going through so much creatine it was cheaper for me just to get a bottle of rona 200

bro i think that shit is bull it might be beter or worse to take it with this or that but hey i take mine with my coffe even thoe thats a no no and i still see it work so just take it however you like if you use enough it will do the job i take 10-15 grams a day its cheap as hell
