Unhappy Uneven chest

my left pec always gets a bigger pump and is slightly larger than my right pec, I think it may be because I'm left handed or something, has anyone expirienced a problem similar to this? If so, can you offer some advice?

this is common, train with dumbbells where possible to even up.

Also, do you do weighted dips?

I do dumbbells and barbells, but I feel my left pec bares most of the brunt when i do flat bench with barbell. I do wieghted dips once and a while, but I've been concentrating more on my upper chest latley. I used to do dips alot but my lower pecs were growing out of proportion so i cut the dips out of my routine, so now i only do them now and then for some variety. Thanks, I'll give the flat dumbell press a try for awhile and see how that goes.

hey bro u sound like me!

I have the same problem..although its not that noticable ...however even my right calve is smaller....my right chest and my left arm is smaller than its counter part...

Arnold recommends dumbells...and so does everyone else...well give them a try and see what happens

cheers
