For me, my traps have been the slowest to grow. Try higher reps, 15-20 range. It has worked the best for me. DB shrugs, and hise shrugs. I put in a post a few days ago on hise shrugs. I hope this helps.

I did some research and Ive included Deadlifts and Seated Row to my routine... So my traps workout too on my back days.
Should I do shrugs too on shoulders day or is it enough with the indirect work they receive from back and shoulders workout ?

Traps are part of the back musculature not of the shoulders. That's why you should train traps with back. People train them with shoulders, because they believe they are together, because they don't know how to isolate shoulders properly and they feel their exercises in the traps when they shouldn't.

Deadlifts and BB shrugs are good for traps.

During rows, traps and rhomboids are the prime moving muscles....be sure to stop at the top of the contraction and pull your shoulders/scapula back an extra 2 inches.

And as far as shrugs go, I only do them behind the back. For some reason it's really brought up the seperation near my delts.

On back day do heavy barbell shrugs for 3 solid no cheat sets and then 3 super heavy cheating sets where you really hold the weight at the top and work through the negative.
