Hise Shrugs
Has anyone ever done Hise Shrugs? Use a calf raise machine. Lower the pad all the way. Stand on the floor and step into the pads. Use a shrugging motion and shrug as high as you can. As you do you reps you breathe in on the up motion. That's kind of unorthodox, but that's what I read.They're awesome for hitting a place in your traps you never knew that you had. I read about them on another site. Anyone out there had luck with using these?
