im still kinda confused with carbing up, I dont really understand it all too well. This week i tried doin it but didnt look any better, the whole week mon-fri, i ate very very low amounts of carbs mostly came from ketchup and some milk. then sat-sunday i ate as much complex carbs as i could, i think maybe i did it wrong since i was eating huge meals at once and not too many frequent meals, for exa, i ate probably 4 cups of plain oatmeal at a time, then later half a box of pasta, what is the proper way to carb up, what are some good foods, i was reading about the Glycemic index for help, and tried eating mostly low gi foods. can someone give me an example of how their last week before a show was, i would really apreciete that, im just cruious about what was eating how often, when, about dehydrating your self, any supplements that you took for
vascularity. Please help thanx. Im getting doubts about doing this show in november because of the lack of knowledge....
