Exclamation help me!

Ok I have been on the no carb diet for quite some time now, ive lost a ton of fat but im still probably about 8-9%bf at 187lbs now, but the problem is im losing so much damn muscle, im doing this naturally and im probably gettin about 1.2-1.8gs of protien per lb of bodyweight with about 45mins of cardio 4-5 days a week. any suggest to atleast maintain my muscle, with out quting this diet. Im pretty ripped but I dont like this damn skinny look I have... I have to say my arms probably droped about 1.5inches and I have a comp november 2nd so i know if i stay on too long I wont get a chance to bulk up before the dieting phase for the show...

Are you on any juice??

My wife tried a no carb diet for a long time and got nothing out of it, then this trainer put her on moderate carbs, she is making great gains. Have you thought about cycling your carbs or just use moderate carbs....Are you intaking any fats??

I never use just 0-carbs straight through, I always cycle or zig-zag them 0 for 3-4 days and moderate for 1-2 days.

Do you plan on preparing for the show drug-free?

Yeah im staying drug free, i switched up the diet some, yesterday and today i have been eating complex carbs like bran, oats, cherries, pasta, ect.... now I look like shit suprising, i thought i would look a little better since I finally starting carbing up, anyway tommorow im going back strict no carbs for about 4 days with high intesity cardio, then carbing up near end of week again, see how this works, if i lose any more muscle Im just goin to stop this and start bulking until dieting for the show...

Get some glutamine at about 10 grams per day in side. You could mix it with some fruit juice for some simple carbs, but if you wish to avoid it then just water will suffice. glutamine is anti-catabolic so if your staying drug free this would be the best alternative IMO.

Keto diets are good, but i agree that every 5th or 6th day should be a carb loader where you super compensate carbs for a day and then go back to the keto day. Make sure that on the carb day you drink miimal water, only sipping when thirsty. This will prevent the body from retaining to much liquid when you carb load.

I am also facing the same problem during the workout and this guideline is very
helpful for me now I can overcome on my problem that I face during the workout.
