Yeah im staying drug free, i switched up the diet some, yesterday and today i have been eating complex carbs like bran, oats, cherries, pasta, ect.... now I look like shit suprising, i thought i would look a little better since I finally starting carbing up, anyway tommorow im going back strict no carbs for about 4 days with high intesity cardio, then carbing up near end of week again, see how this works, if i lose any more muscle Im just goin to stop this and start bulking until dieting for the show...
