I never heard of the one that you are talking about, but the only shakes you should have are pure
whey isolate. Check the labels and make sure that they only contain
whey isolate and no
whey concentrate,
casein, etc. Also, a good clue to it - on the
protein content it should have 95g+ per 100g of powder if it's the real deal.
I only know of two companies that sell pure why
isolate powders. All others are bullshit. I don't know what country you are in, so just go to your helath food shop or GNC and start reading the labels. From the 100s that you are going to read, you should find one or two that are the real deal. And don't expect them to be cheap either. Quality costs $. But it works out better when you work out the amount of grams of
protein you get per serving and how much that serving cost.
