when is the best time to eat the last meal before that?
i alwayz have a tuna can with style dressing @ about 10:00 PM

I try not to eat large meals (like breakfast) in the hour before I train. Just a 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 30gprotein shake before I head for the way to the gym. Eating too close to training

I train 1pm. The night before I have a regular meal 10pm ( Carbs and meat ), 1 am I have a protein shake. Then 7:30am I have milk with Oatmeal and 11am before trainning I have some light pasta with chiken. It works for me.
