what do u think is a great combination of biceps/triceps workout stuff?
i've been doin' bar curls and 2 machine curl exercises for 6 monthss so far. i'm noticing some definitions but i really want some mass increase too
also i've been doing 3 machine triceps exercises, the arm pulldown ones
keep pumpin'
