Leg split routine

Ok guys, my legs are definitly my weak point, I used to do them as a whole once a week, but I figure i do much smaller muscle groups such as bi's and chest atleast twice, this makes no sence since my legs are behind, so now I would like to do a split routine Either quads/calvs one day and hams another, or vise versa, im curious if anyone has any good routines they can give me for this split, and how far appart should I work them, and which musle group(s) first? Anyway I would really apreiceate if anyone knows a good split routine I can mimic or atleast get some ideas from?

I just started doing Quads/calves one day and hamstring/shoulders another day I was doing two body parts a week but. I am going to switch it up to do each bodypart once a week training 5 days a week instead of 6 days a week. Any suggestions? maybe

Biceps
chest/triceps
quads/calves
back
hamstring/shoulders

Thanks for any suggestions.
