I'M NEW TO THIS FORUM AND HONESTLY I'M SPEECHLESS. THE LEAST THING THIS FORUM CAN BE CALLED IS "AMAZING".

I HAVE A TRAINING QUESTION THAT I'D REALLY LOVE TO GET A FAST ANSWER FOR, SINCE IT'S REALLY BOTHERING ME.

I'M A 21-YEAR-OLD GUY AND MY PROBLEM IS THAT MY CHEST LOOKS REALLY BAD. I HAVE THESE "POINTY NIPPLES" THAT REALLY EMBARESSES ME ALL THE TIME.

ANY ANSWERS?

start doing dumbell press, incline press, and some dumbell flies, all with alot of intensity, get a good routine that works EVERY LAST MUSCLE in your body, and start eating right

i disagree you have gyno (bitch tits) my friends about to get lipo for it, its around 1500-2500 per sight, its a effective long term solution to the problem, also 60% of men develop symptoms of it some time in their life, usually during adolecents and usually it disapears a few years after symptoms occur thats not the case for everyone such as my friend, im attaching a pic of gyno.....

sorry about the jargon, basically sometimes men produce estrogen the female hormone, this may cause a fluffly fat tissue to occur behind your nipples, which would give them that point look. basically a liposuction surjury or plastic surjery can fix this problem, Im sure if you set up an apointment they could atleast confirm weather or not you have Gyno.

I made great progress...I did 80% incline and most of it dumbell excerizes.
