To much endurance?

To much endurance?

I have participated in several ironman triathlons and marathon, now I want to add mass and have started weight trianing. Wondering how much aerobic training is considered to much to add mass?:help:

when trying to add mass, keep the cardio to a minimum...you don't want to be burning off all the extra calories you need for adding size...this will probably be hard for you considering you are used to traing for triathalons...when trying to bulk up, i will only walk on a treadmill for about 20-30 minutes once or twice a week at about 3.5-4 mph and 7.5 degree incline, but right now i'm not even doing any cardio at all

I donīt do cardio at all. You have to test your body to see how much cardio is too much for your own body to bulk up. Start with twice a week as Statix said, and if you have trouble bulking up, reduce it.
