I like anything heavy in the gym. Metal, punk, gothic, ect. Mudvayne, Tool, Godsmack, Pantera, Rancid, ect.....
It's either that or nothing at all.

Godsmack, Pantera and for those who really like hardcore shit, try Pro-Pain. They have a song called Make War Not Love that will get you going. There other tracks are all hardcore too.
ANYONE ELSE LISTEN TO PRO-PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gotta agree with Moose...Godsmack, Disturbed, Mudvayne are always good to get pumped with. Drowning Pool and Linkin Park are also good. Limp Bizkit's "Break Stuff" is always a classic...

Its hard to keep the kind of music I listen to in one category. I personally like anything that makes me feel like I can go in that gym and zone everything else out and make me feel like I am at my biggest and strongest ever.
