Lean out lower body

Lean out lower body

Any suggestions for women trying to lose lower body fat? My upper body gets really lean before competition, but my legs never get to the same level of leanness.

this is normal. people have a part of them that leans out last. you will have to loose fat from all areas and then this area will start to lower. in some cases rub on creams (thyroid) work if you are willing to go to that extreem. i know several woman that are like this. you just have to start your diet a few weeks earlier than normal.

One of the trainers at my gym suggested training legs three times a week; this seems like overtraining to me, and since you can't spot reduce, I don't think it would help lean out your legs. Any thoughts?

you are working the big muscles with legs, and burning more calories doing so, this won't spot reduce but will burn more calories and up your metabolism, as long as it isn't heavy every time then might not be a problem, just make sure the heavy day is before 2 days rest to recover and do a lighter workout on the other days

lower bodyfat is harder to get rid of because it is difficult to get it into the bloodstream to be burned off for energy

didn't mean to end it like that. Clenbuterol is good at getting rid of the estro fat as it has a pronounced effect of getting the brown-adipose into the blood.

There is no way to spot reduce bodyfat. For example lose it in just your midsection or just your lower body. A caloric decificient will however help you lose bodyfat all over.

A NYC stack like Adipokinetix always helped me lose fat in stubborn places but that may just by my personal experience.

The above is true in that you can't spot reduce fat.

I don't rate clen as a fat burner, it has good anti-catabolic properties though. I get better results with ephadrine as a fat burner. Get your diet strict and cardio up and create the caloric deficit that Monstar mentioned. This is the only way to lose that adipose tissue.

add sprints 40's maybe 1-2 times a week will ripped the leggs just dont over do it
