sometimes loosing size is a really good thing. taking off and resting is key. when you come back, you will get your size back and then some extra. there were times in my past where no matter what i did i could not get bigger, not even with
steroids, and growth. so i would come off the drugs and then slowly reduce training and quit it all for 3 - 4 months sometimes. i would come back small and weak, but would always blast right past my old sticking point. you cannot always grow. your body will resist after a time, no matter what you do.
you are young. holding out as long as you can until you use
steroids will benefit you the greatest in the long run. the bigger you are when you start them, the bigger you get. train a few more years.
