most every workout i do is differnt the 2 chest posts i put here are my favs but i always throw in negatives supersets dropsets rest pause maxes i like to kill a muscle not just work it out so anyone have any new ideas or a totaly nuts shock program for a bodypart
just check out the BFT stuff....even if you don't do all out BFT, just apply some of the techniques like Zero Momentum Reps...that'll shock the muscle! Peace guys!
