well, if you're talking about ab exercise, then I got a great routine, but if you mean actually seeing your abs, that's all about the diet...
With that said, the ab routine I did was long but it's designed to hit all the abdominals and really fry them.
You take a bungee rope with handles on it, wrap it around a post or machine for an anchor, then lay down. Take the handles in your hands and hold your arms up perpendicular to the floor. The bungee should be stretched in a big V from your hands to the post. THen you do crunches, without bending at the elbows. and with your legs flat on the floor. the bungee just provides extra resistance. Do 25 or so, then bring your knees up and leave your feet still flat on the floor. Do 25 like that. Next do what are basically roman chairs on the floor, bringing your knees to your palms and then straightening your legs but without touching the floor at all.
Now you take the exercise ball and do crunches on that, but now hold the bungee handles and do a bench press with the cord as you crunch. after 25 of those, hug your arms to your chest and simply hold the handles at your shoulders while you do 25 more crunches on the ball. finally do these to the sides, toward each knee.
The very last part is simply to do leg raises, but holding a 4kg medicine ball between your feet (make a pedestal with your feet and put the ball on top of them). Do like ten of these. That will kill your abs top, bottom, side, and middle. It's long but worth the work. Good luck if you try it!
