I usually start
warmup
light flat bench 2 sets
heavy max for 4-8 reps
lighten weight and just rep out
incline dumbell same thing
incline flyes 3 sets to really pump up
I change something minor every workout
I actually just finished chest and it went like
incline dumbell 3 warmup
2 heavy sets
1 drop set ( 3 drops)
flat flyes 4 sets
Today was just a change for something new
Good pump

I also do
Flat barbell press, 2 wups and 4 heavy
Incline dumdbell press, 4 sets start at my heaviest and go down or stay at that weight if I can some days feel better
Incline dumdbell flies, 4 sets start with medium weight and go heavy
Cable crosses, 4 sets medium to heavy
every other week I throw in
Decline dumdbell press, 4 sets heavy
Flat dumdbell flies, 4 sets heavy
Flat dumdbell press, 4 sets heavy
Machine flies, 4 sets heavy
Every workout is 8 to 10 reps, I like to workout heavy!
Only the big and strong will survive!

Killer chest sets..
Hey Bro' my chest day looks like this;
Warm up flat bench 2 x15 reps
4 sets of what ever weight I can get 5 reps for, (when I get 4 sets x5 I go up 5 lbs.)
Decline 1 x15reps
4 sets x5 reps(" ")
Incline 4 sets x5 reps
every other week:
week 1: 4 sets dips to failure
alternate week: drop sets flat d-bell flys 4 x failure (no rest btween sets)
Takes me about 90 min this is my monday every week; I shake it up by doing 3x1 after warm ups maybe 1 time per month. I also swap the order, throw in incline d-bells, or, cable cross overs every 4-6 weeks to shock my chest.
Since I started working out 5 days/ wk my bench has gone up from 260-265 to 315!!(max, started in Jan.) I currently rep 255x5,(4 on my last set), getting ready to jump up again!! This works great for me.

I used to not have a chest, I wanted to increase the size so I did this
4 sets of 10 on
flat bench, incline and decline, then I went to dumbell and did the same thing. Then dumbell flies, however many I could stand.

I do my chest on two seperate days, incline work on mondays and flat/decline work on thursday. Works good for me, just have to be careful no to overtrain.
