Wow I have not been on in a while. I was up to 250 pounds at one point and my wife passed away after being together for a long time. Now i am at 185. Just got back to the gym last week after 2 and a half years. Hope everyone has been fine.

I have been through hell and back. Didnt think i was going to make it. Really had no desire for much but i bouced back and getting healthy again. I have taken a different out look on life which is a good thing. Hope i can be some help here.
