This is the only one I have on my computer. My stats are roughly; 38 years old, 5'10", 230lbs in the pic. This was less than one year after having torn my rotator at the humeral head, so be gentle! I still have the plate and screw in my delt. I know I need lat width.

You look good, I would suggest brining up your calves a little more to match your thighs. Oh yeah lat width, other than that you look great. Keep up the good work.
