synthol, if used properly, can give a very natural look to the muscle. The term "properly" is the key here. A lot of bodybuilders use seo's to enhance proplem areas that certain people have (i.e. Gastrocnemius, peak of bicept), but Greg literally disgregarded every precaution and injected as he saw fit. Because of that, he has one of the worst builds in human history.

i saw a show on him.. dont know if anyone else saw it but it said he used to train for bodybuilding, but then STOPPED and focused on just his arms haha there is a sick video on him at youtube just search “exploding arms” its really gross so i shall warn you...
