i thought that was you bro! its been going real good. just started my supplements again, and the rotator cuff is getting back up to par. i am going to take some new pics within the week. i am a little over 260 now, so i expect 270 before this one ends. how about you, hows the training going?

Things have been going good, hit a high right before the Arnold, 285, but right now holding at 275. Going to clean up the diet, a little and see what happens....
