Hey bro, sorry it took so long to respond, i forgot my f**king password...Stats:5'10" 230lb(now, 202 at weigh-in, dehydrated)
25yrs old 20"arms, waist 30"
Bench:485lbs
Squat:500lbs(sucks, I'm working on that)
D. lift:600lbs
