Francis/17/130lbs(lightweight)
I'm 17 130 lbs (very lightweight) I like to try to be a bodybuilder but I wouldn't call myself that really now since I think I'm really too small now. Starting out in 8th-9th grade I only weighed 80 lbs and lifted some till late 11th grade when I decided it was time for me to get into bodybuilding. Its hard for me to gain weight but I try to manage with weight gainer to help add on lbs slowly. I have been doing this for about 5 months. I took a lil break cause I started wrestling then quit again cause I just was losing to much weight weighing 120 lbs and I just wasn't happy. Here are a few pics I took the other day.

I think you look great bro. I mean you look like you are building a great foundation. I think you should maybe add just a little more calories and keep your protein high. My best advice would be for you just to eat all you can and train equally as hard. When I was your age I was in a similar situation. I graduated high school at 120lbs and began working out and eating all the food I could handle. I would work out very hard and then just rest, make sure you sleep well and get about 9 hours of sleep every night. Something that worked wonders for me was to go to the gym about 2 hours after I woke up, then come home drink a protein shake, take a shower, nap for 1 hour, then wake up and eat a meal. I gained a lot of good quality muscle like this. Don't let anyone talk you in to starting to use steroids either you are very young and your body produces all the things you need already. Take advantage of this time and use your bodies on testosterone and gh to your advantage. With proper training, rest, and eating habits you should be able to hit 150 in no time at all. Good luck!

Nice foundation bro. Agree with all the above. Eat lots, train hard and sleep and you will grow. You have a great basis to keep building on
