Hi, I´m a new memeber here... and I LOVE the GYM. I need your help!!! Ive been trainning for about 8 months, I´m a Hardgainer... the last 2 months I did, Animal Methoxyl, Pak, and MRP´s powders. This is how I could put on about 10lbs of muscle, staying at 13% fat. Today I went to the doc and results I produce too much DHEA naturally, so... I have lots of hair and acne. I dont know if producing too much of this is beneficial for my trainnig, and If it is safe to take Methoxyl or hormone supporters. I need more muscle...!!! More...!!! I am 5f´7.6 in and 147lb. What do you think of...
