Well I have lots of free time for one. My routine right now isnt a routine I go off of feel and constantly make changes, but its a fact even the best routine is only so good until you adapt to it, so to confuse the body I like to make changes constantly, for example. lets say on this monday I wanted to work Chest my work out could be, warmup, 4 sets flat or decline bench press, lets say the work previous chest work out I remeber doing flat bench with a higher rep range for mass 12-15 reps, well this one I would try to do low reps on decline instead with a lower rep range (8-2), i wont do both of these exersizes in the same day since they are too similir. Then moving on I would do something like Incline press the rep range would depend on the previous work out again. if you under stand this lay out so far it goes for any exersize, I try to switch up as much as possible, if i remeber doing machine flys, i will do free weight flys instead, or if remeber doing dumbbell flys on a incline i will try to hit them on a decline, i try to get in about 5 exersizes 3-4 sets per exersize all to failure since that is where the real benefit comes from, since I always have a partner I beleive the true definition of failuire is when you FAIL the attempt to complete a rep and your spotter helps you finish with slight pressure, not when you "feel" like you cannot do any more, go by this philosphy. also for a muscle group like chest i try to arange the exersizes diff, never follow consistity and come in their and do flat bench starting off every chest day, grab the dbs for a change first. I try to avoid smith machines or machines in general if possible, since they arent too effective for negitive motion and the motion is fixed. once in a while when I work on something like lock outs, I will use the smitch machines adjustable rack to only use the top range of motion. try adding in new techniques as much as possible too, like negitive reps, forced reps, chains/rubber for the bench to increase resistance with as the range of motion increases. changing grip from wide to extreme wide. as far as the other muscle groups go I follow these same guide lines, the way I work out I think is the ultimate way to avoid plataeu's. I think me and my friend are a prime example. If thiers one thing that pisses me off its seeing the same guy doin the same shit all week, and obvioulsy they dont grow. that not only is boring but a waste of your time. If your going to spend yoru time in the gym every day, you should atleast utilize it and and reach your goals with as little effort thats required. hi all! first post wahhoo (w) i just like to say in my opinion u guys talking shit about dave cause im 15 at the moment not really been training intense and hard for over 2 months but training for about a year not really having much knowledge of what i was doing but that did set a nice base for me to work on and i look at my self now and i look at dave's picture and i could seriously picture myself nearly 4 years time in a similar situation to him! training young as u most already know is alomst like being on a natural steroid deifinataly at my age which dave did start training around same age as me!
Only other thing i gotta say great work! you looking great man and i hope u do well in your upcoming competitions! make sure u post the results up.

Dude, I don't believe for one second that you are natural. I've been around lifting for a while now, and either this is a very very rare occassion or you juice. I think in this case you hit the juice up like a mofo!!!!

ok. I am gettin drug tested in november 2nd, its a natural show, you cannot win if you fail the test, so if i juiced it i will come up. Maybe theirs ways around test, but i dont know shit about that this is my first show i am not risking it. lots of guys my size that juice, only thing is I have gotten to such a serious level that the only thing i dont do that the pros do is the drugs. really hard work naturaly pays off. most lifters in my gym dont give it their all, even the ones bigger then me. the whole steroid scene has just pased by me, i am one of the few guys who hasnt taken it to the next level that has everything else fine tuned. good genetics in combo with extreme hard work, lots of knowledge, trial and error on learning your body, just some factors you have to have down to grow beyond others. I am not against steroids, i hope to one day get my pro card, so obviously one day probably after my show, I will start my first cycle.

not saying you juiced or haven't, but dont think that all competitors in a natural show are natural, natural on the day of the show is what the majority are. Most roids are not in your blood for a long time......remember i said most

I think there ia good possibility you are natural.. I am 23 and when I was 19, I was totally natural, 6 feet, 195 pounds. My bf was where u are, low. People always accused me of juicing, (which I did later that year and jumped to 230) so I can see how u feel. I started lifting when I was 14. I loved it, was addiced to it. I wanted to juice in HS, but where I am from, it was a pipe dream. It was not until College (I wrestled) that I found it, and another thing, u prolly play sports, and in my case wrestling and football, gave me big ass traps like yours. So no worries man, u are probably natural.
PS----u do have quite a bit to learn, natural bb's juice, just not the same quantities that pros do, do not be fooled by bullshit mgazine articles claining this supplement made them look like this etc....Do you think the dude on the bowflex commercials got yoked from the machine?

Comparing me to a Jail burg killer.... Its not that big of a deal, your looking into it too much, those are natural pics of me, if i was steroids I would say so, im going to start my first cycle next week, then I will show u pics after what I would look like on steroids. Theirs lots of big natural guys, my best friend is against roids hes 6"1 260lbs, with about 12% bodyfat, benching 450... You would be amazed how far the human body can go naturally,.. you are.
Ps, Lots of Supplements actually work, and I am very strict with supplement use, i probably consume atleast 100.00 of supplements every 2 weeks I would guess, although I wouldnt recommend anyone to spend near that much $ on supp's, check out the pic I attched today..

So, where is competetion at? Royal oak? hazel park? troy? madison heights? wouldn't be hard to find out.

Anyhow when I was young I grew up with my clan.

Growing up my friend was the gifted one but we had
more nut sack.He was thick always when he worked
out we had our several 40 EVEN 62ounces private stock and
cigarettes.He was the only one who seemed to grow
,and grow he did.
when he passed the two hundred pound mark he was
unstoppable.We were at a bar once ,and Ille even tell
you were .Bridgeport Connecticut.When an older guy
bumped into us and got all roudy.My guttless friend
went into his left trench coat pocket and pulled out our
(well it was his fathers Machete),It was after the bar
tender had kicked us out.when he pulled it out and
came down on thE guy.With the fource he took the
mans whole RIGHT arm off,right too the ground.Simultaniously
his buddy stepped up to me and 155 pd kid dropped
just another bearded guy.
What I wanted to say is that even if you grow up with some one and have been threw alot.By the way this shit isnt the worst
shit we had been threw.You really dont know what the hell is going on when your young.

ab work? fist of u all what u wanna say is body fat work, i could have best abs in world u wouldnt know unless im somewhat ripped, 2nd, i wasnt ripped in that pic i did have a decent 6pac @ about 10-12% bodyfat 205lbs, since then i got down to 8.5% then i had a pretty nice 6pac and was at 194lbs, now im 212 no 6pac what so ever, who cares tho not me, its winter time to bulk. lets see your pic anyway Nynsb? probably some guy with a 130lb 6,1" frame, with one of those high metabolism 6pacs and 12.6" arms
