if you have only been lifting for 6 mos. there is no way you have reached your limit

if you feel you have plateaued then maybe you need to change your workout or something like that...give your body a good shock by changing it up, but like brotherthor said, there's no way you've peaked out after only six months of lifting

i promise you, from your pic alone. You definitly are not at your bodys maximum potential, to me i think their are different levels of plateaus, one i call the natural plateau which is basically the most mass/strength you can maintain w/o the use of steroids, the steroid plateau i dont think many have ever hit.. and I feel probably 75% of people who think they hit a plateau are wrong, increased intesity will solve most, you would be amazed at how much more people would grow if they didnt stop 3-4 reps too early into sets.

Thanks for the replies guys, You think I should concentrate on cutting down before building muscle mass, or just lift heavy now?
I don't wanna be bulky, i'd like to be lean and big.....maybe that will help

it's really hard to get big and lean at the same time...you're gonna need to pick one...if i were you i would concentrate on adding mass...build a foundation first and then worry about leaning up

Yeah I understand that it's almost impossible to get lean and big as the same time, only the chosen few can do so, I guess i could keep the mass up, but i got a bit of unwanted fat like my hips i'd like to get rid of before anything......

Get bigger, using additives, then cut down.

Not knowing where you started it's tough to comment intelligently, but it would seem fair to say that your diet needs some work. More (quality) food would help you with gaining some more muscle mass. Just for starters.
