a friend of mine (a pro) knows Kovacs and he said that once he went to his house and he was so fat he was just lying on his couch in only his boxers all bloated and fat bellied....I guess he's so big he can't even wipe his own ass and his wife has to do most everything for him even tie his shoes.

speaking of Dennis James...after I saw that pic I went to his website. Well I was browsing his gallery and ran across some pics that almost made me spit out my protein shake! There are a few pics of him with this chick who is a trainer at a gym in my old town. I moved almost a year ago but when I went back 4 mos. ago I heard that her husband divoriced her because ever since she got her fitness pro card she had been sleeping around with ever black ifbb pro she could get her hands on (Dj among them) So when I saw these pics it really made me laugh. I'm not dissing either one of them it's just when I heard that I didn't believe it until I saw these pics.

I always see pics in the muscle books of IFBB black pros and their wedding pictures, or with girlfriends. Its ALWAYS with a white chick. They must not like 'sisters' lol. Except Coleman who was with Vicki Gates. No racism intended, just a fact.

After Looking at Kovachs I'm just wondering how do the pros who get fat like that durring the offseason get rid of the gut? Do they immediately start a cutting cycle? Or do they do a mass cycle and cut the carbs out? I just don't get it. Does anyone know the answer to that?

Most of those guts are not fat but they are extended from the large quantities of food. I perosonally lose 4" on my gut in the first week of diet just from eating less volume, so the gut shrinks.
